Tag Heuer introduces the Monaco V4, based off the concept version released last year. Made from a 170 grams of platnium and limited to 150 pieces the watch retails for $80,000. The movement of the watch uses a series of small steel wire belts instead of the typical gears and a liner weight to drive the automatic movement. The idea behind it all is to resemable a piston in a engine, as instead of an oscilating wheel moving in a circle to drive the movement as in typical automatics the linear weght moves up and down. The v4 stands for the four power reserve barrels in the back. I didnt understand any of the last 3 sentences as well, but it sounds cool.
